1) Walking

This is one of the easiest exercises because all you need is your own two feet and a paved surface like a sidewalk or road. Walk for 10 minutes at least three times per week–and if possible, mix up your route or use an outdoor track so you don’t get bored with your routine. When it comes to walking, anything over 20-30 minutes has been shown to be beneficial for weight loss and cardiovascular health; however, breaking up longer walks into shorter bouts (10-20 minute increments) has not been shown to have any real additional benefit.
